Ben is pretty happy with his life, he just wants someone to share it with. Jason is still feeling a bit wounded by his ex, but isn't agonizing over him either. I like that, while there is instant attraction, Ben and Jason take the time to build their relationship. Maya is precocious without being obnoxious. I love that when she overhears Ben being snarky about what he wants for a gift, she's determined to give Ben exactly what he wants. Jason and Ben both find it to be a perfect choice. I would definitely recommend this for a quick enjoyable holiday book, there's no angst; just sweet romance.Adult read

The story line is good, supported by acceptable character development. There were a few awkward moments in the relationship that went unexplained and the sex scene added nothing to either the story or relationship.
I love this story. And Ben's daughter was sweet. Too bad the story is so short.
I can only say this was adorable! Trying to find her daddy a man for Christmas is such a sweet thing. A tear jerker for sure!
Excellent reading. The book is well written and held my attention. Was hard to put the book aside. I highly recommend reading the book.
I never felt like I really got to know the characters and the attraction never felt real either. I liked the mc's well enough but the child was just this side of rude instead of adorable and spirited as I assume the author intended.
This book is great if you are a lover of sweet, sappy, and heart-warming holiday M/M romance stories like me. I laughed out loud as Jason got swept along with the father/daughter duo's pushiness. It's very endearing. Don't expect any angst or drama. Don't get me wrong, there are conflicts but quickly resolved. This is a very light reading.
The relationship between Jason and Ben is sassy, sweet, and so sexy. The attraction is there from the beginning, and the way it grows, changes, and flourishes is just so wonderful to read. The flirting, the kissing, the sex is just all so utterly captivating. What a delicious Christmas treat!
